It was not removed, to be fair whole virtual host support was very much expanded to support not only multiple hosts but also multiple servers that have their own listeners & virtual hosts.

however, this part of admin console is still bit bare bones, so i would recommend you to configure hosts in standalone.xml or trough CLI.
