Support for JEE 7 permissions.xml in AS 7 or EAP

Know that this user forum is meant for AS 7 only but would like to know whether any latest version of AS 7 or EAP supports the concept of permissions.xml file in META-INF/ folder of a web application ? I know there is support for this in Wildfly 8.X

If you need to have JavaEE7 you have to use Wildfly 8 as AS7 and EAP6 are certified for JavaEE6 and did not provide such support

For what is worth, EAP7 will add support for EE7 together with EE permissions.
