i am using JMX via <remoting-connector/> on management port 9999. Everything is working fine.
My question: Is the network traffic (ssl-) encrypted?

...i do not want to configure ssl for authentification, username and password is ok!

Is this the right option: -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=true
