1. Re: JCA Integration with remote HornetQ in clustered environment
ataylor Aug 15, 2014 3:30 AM (in response to msudha_99)that is the expected behavior, any connected sessions to node A or backup node A will keep trying to connect to those nodes, failover only happens between live/backup pairs.

kts92tln8 Aug 18, 2014 4:52 PM (in response to msudha_99)Hi, I dont hve answer to your question, however I'm trying to achieve similar config, where a cluster of hornetq servers runs outside jboss container hosting just clustered queues, and a cluster jboss servers (backend cluster) is used to run MDB and another cluster of jboss servers is (frontend cluster) takes input from user and puts it on the queue. My question is related to JNDI config, each cluster (backend, frontend) should have its own JNDI config and some how pointing to hornetq clustered queue and connections, or, hornetq cluster should run jndi server. We would like Jboss to host jndi and point to hornetq cluster and no jndi server running in hornetq cluster. Please comment and/or suggest. Also if there are any example configurations available.
Thanks

msudha_99 Aug 18, 2014 5:28 PM (in response to kts92tln8)I am not sure I understand correct but attached the sample config/code I am using.
I was trying using the external resource-adapter but JBoss support team suggested to use the embedded resource-adapter (hornetq-ra).
