Eclipse CXF 2.x Preferences

I am trying to follow the demo video JAX-WS client/server example, and in my eclipse preferences, web services, CXF 2.x Preferences does not show up. What am I missing or what have I not done?

Hi Jim.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've followed the fuse integration tool installation guide and I can't see that option. Can anybody help me?
