Can interceptStrategy be used to intercept specific endpoint invocation?

or can it only be used for a container wide interception?

if so, any examples on how to do an endpoint specific interception?

Camel 2.0 have additional interceptor flavors you can read about here

Particular interceptFrom and interceptSendToEndpoint allows you to intercept when receiving and send to endpoints.
