Hello,

Is there an example for ESB 3.4 that shows how ESB can be made to run in Tomcat but where the servlet connects to the CXF-BC component that is running a Service Assembly?  I've seen references to a CXFManagedServlet for app servers and I've seen instructions on how to install and deploy components and SAs using Ant scripts but I haven't found how CXF-BC and its SA can be configured to work with such a servlet.  Any information would be appreciated.  Thank you.
