Upload existing Workspace into ACTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS TOOL 8.1.3

I could not able to see the upload option at workspace section. Could you please explain how to upload/Add existing workspace from local system to ACTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS TOOL 8.1.3 tool. ?
