In FUSE 4.2, the Jetty engine apparently does not cache dynamic content, ignoring the Cache-Control header for JAX-RS based responses: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/JETTY/LastModifiedCacheControl

However, it appears that the Apache server, suitably configured to use mod_cache can cache dynamic content. Is there a workaround to force Jetty to cache dynamic content, or is there a straightforward procedure to replace Jetty with Apache in FUSE 4.2?
