Duplicate entries for spring and spring-dm features in 4.3.0

It seems that FUSE 4.3.0 (both 00-00 and 01-00) has duplicates for 'spring' and 'spring-dm' features located in:

mvn:org.apache.karaf/apache-karaf/2.0.0/xml/features,
mvn:org.apache.camel.karaf/apache-camel/2.4.0-fuse-00-00/xml/features,

While they are quite similar they have differences:

Spring: spring feature from "apache-camel/2.4.0-fuse-00-00" is bigger. It have every bundles plus spring-aspects.

Spring-dm: spring-dm feature from "apache-karaf/2.0.0" is bigger. It has bundle org.apache.karaf.deployer.spring/2.0.0 that is missing in feature from "apache-camel/2.4.0-fuse-00-00".

Thanks for reporting this -- I've raised http://fusesource.com/issues/browse/ESB-1275 for this. We're preparing for 4.3.0-fuse-02-00 at the moment, so we might just be able to get this in in time for that.
