Following section in activemq.xml file configuration:

gives error on startup

Attribute concurrentStoreAndDispatchTransactions is not allowed to appear in element kahaDB

what i, missing

Right, this configuration property is currently not supported.
The docs needs to be updated.
concurrentStoreAndDispatchQueues and concurrentStoreAndDispatchTopics however work.
