There is a Camel + CXF + Tomcat example you can look at
Notice you need to use the CXF servlet transport, and take extra attention to which CXF XML files you import.
Its frankly just a plain WAR application using the http servlet for CXF, so that ought "in theory" to work with OC4J

You mean you could not deploy the WAR file in OC4J, from that example?
What kind of errors do you see in the logs? There must be more?
You may try to disable JMX in case OC4j dont like that

Didn't get that far, deployed in tomcat thru IDEA and tested with SOAPUI.
Soap fault. "Not supported." is received. Works with jetty transport but that feels wrong, servlet container in a servlet container. It's a war yes.
