The only thing with Cellar is that it doesn't install in current Fuse ESB (apache-servicemix-4.4.1-fuse) . I have just experienced this problem myself today.
Are there any plans to include or make Cellar compatible with Fuse ESB?

Its our clustering solution. And will be part of Fuse ESB in a future release.
