You can configure the username and password by configuring this on the activemq <bean>
I think the keys are: userName and password
But this is also documented here, which I suggest you take a look
Thanks, you are right the solution is obvious.
I changed the uri to:
<to uri="activemq:US.out?username=admin&password=admin" />
and it works. For now I still don't need the activemq bean as I'm only doing a proof of concept.
Please note admin/admin is the user and password created by issuing esb:create-admin-user, I didn't realize this until now, so many this could help others.
What was strange is that this worked before and it suddenly stopped, and in plain apache servicemix this is not needed.
Yeah plain Apache ServiceMix has a default admin user out of the box.
Red Hat has stronger security demands for our products, such as not enabling default admin users out of the box, with known passwords and whatnot.
