Bug me next week too if necessary. I'm just not in a position at the moment to be able to search my archives going back that far.
BTW it's worth noting that some of these drivers may no longer be things we support anyway, e.g., EAP 4.x. Still worth getting the information though. And still worth adding in the features because if we were hit by these issues in the past then there's no guarantee we won't be hit by them again in the future.
