Hello!
After updating system, we get issue in calendar component when scrolled to january of 2014 showed in attachment.
Timezone setted 'Moskow +3'; no issue in other timezones.
Reproduced in IE11, no issue in latest FF.

out: A= 31/dec/2013 +3GMT RTZ 2(winter)
Michal, We have 3.3.2. Not checked with RF4, but reproduced on live demo site. I don't know is where latest version..
