After Deleting Cache Files Remain on Disk

I Have Upgraded To 7.0.0.Final and on Deleting Disk persisted cache a file remains on disk which is Not deleted

and in our system caches gets created rapidly and gets deleted so this will be limited by file system so is there any solution for this problem?

When you call cacheManager.removeCache(...), the cache is stopped, and it's cache store is cleared and stopped along with it. After clear() operation the SingleFileStore truncates the file to 4 bytes (file magic number), but it does not delete it. With stop(), the file is not deleted.
The workaround could be to register a listener @CacheStopped, and guess the single file store file location (from cache name, probably) in order to delete that file.
