When the infinispan server is used remotely using hotrod client,where to add the properties like loaders,replication of infinispan.xml in standalone.xml of server

You need to configure the infinispan subsystem.
You might have a look to the schema SERVER/docs/schema/jboss-as-infinispan_* and the documentation Infinispan Server Guide

Also are you using the Infinispan community server from infinispan.org or the Enterprise product JDG?
