You can create different Thread pool executors like bounded-queue-thread-pool-executor, unbounded-queue-thread-pool-executor  inside the Threads subsystem of your standalone.xml  etc in order to set "core-threads", "queue-length", "max-threads" etc based on your need and then you can assign them to your desired connector like Http Connector or AJP connector ..etc.  Refer to link [1] and [2]
