Weld 3.0.0.Alpha2 and 2.2.7.Final

Weld 3.0.0.Alpha2 is now available:

- no longer depends on Guava

- weld-se artifact id was renamed to weld-se-shaded to better describe how it works

- a bunch of fixes

Weld 3.0.0.Alpha3 with more features and better announcement is coming!

In addition, bug-fixing Weld 2.2.7.Final is now available.

Both releases are available in Maven central or as patch for WildFly 8.2 and 9 Alpha!
