JBoss Data Virtulization Dashboard builder Unexpected Error

Hi Alls,

I created a workspace ,panel and page to dashboard.

but while I tried to access the dashboard I was getting UNEXPECTED ERROR. In the server logs I can see the following exceptions. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Can ask where you obtained your version of the DV dashboard builder war? Did you build it or are you using the version provided in the DV 6.0 kit?

Since this is a community forum and you are using the JBoss product, and if you have a product subscription for DV that you use the appropriate channel for logging this issue. However, if you are looking for community support for dashboard builder, you will need to use the jBPM forum (jBPM - Open Source Business Process Management - Process engine), as they have the project for which DV dashboard builder is based on.

Sorry for any confusion as to where you need to go to ask for help.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand that I need to ask a proper support through the subscription.

I could not finally find out a cause of the trouble.
So this is what I did this time.
I initialiezed teiid war file in terms of reinstall eap.
Then I can log into Dashboard now.
However, I lost any dashboards which I made as war file was also initialized.

Sorry about you loosing the dashboards you created.

However, DV 6.1 is about to have a Beta released in the next week or so, which will include a new version of the dashboard builder that has some of the earlier problems worked out. We're also delivering a new logging workspace in the dashboard for viewing the audit and command logs. If you are interested, leave me your email address so that I can contact you when its available.
