i am new new to jBPM, i am trying to search for how to create jBPM custom activity and add to pallet for reuse.

is there any sample project for sample?

There are multiple quickstarts for JBoss BPM Suite found here [1] which can all be imported in to JBoss Developer Studio. You will need install the JBoss Business Process and Rules Development tools from JBoss Central before you can work with these types of projects.
