I have successfully installed Eclipse Luna, But can't can't get all of the addons installed(including TeiidDesigner).  My success rate was only 25%.

In red are the plugins that failed to install (HTTP Proxy error message, examples further down.) Only the JBoss AS Plugin seems to install all of the way through.

Launch the Help > Install New Software action

• Add... dependent Eclipse BIRT plugins
  • Add... the update site: http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/4.4 and select theBIRT Framework feature under the BIRT 4.4 Reporting SDK category.
  • Click Install button and continue through restarting JBDS
• Add... JBoss AS plugins (Eclipse install only)
  • Add... the update site: https://devstudio.redhat.com/updates/8.0/ and select theJBossAS Tools feature under the JBoss Developer Studo 8.0 - Core category.
  • Click Install button and continue through restarting JBDS
• Add... Jboss Tools Luna compatible update site:
  • http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/luna/integration-stack/
  • make sure “Contact all update sites during install to find required software”
  • Do not continue installing this update site. Various dependent plugins required for Teiid Designer 9.0 installation (next step), will now be available.
• Install Teiid Designer 9.0 via update site:
  • http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/release/luna/integration-stack/teiiddesigner/9.0.0.Final/
  • Click Install button and continue through restarting JBDS

If I go to the webpage "http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/release/luna/integration-stack/teiiddesigner/9.0.0.Final/content.xml" from my browser.  I get the "Webpage cannot be found"-HTTP404 error message.
