unable to start jboss7.1 server in eclipse

CONSOLE:

13:33:33,706 INFO [org.jboss.as] JBAS015899: JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final "Brontes" starting

SERVER:Doesnt start at all...goes on running and finally gets stopped but synchronized in eclipse.please help me find a solution for running my ejb project in jboss server.

JBoss AS 7.1 doesn't work on JDK8

use JDK7 for developing / deploying with AS7.
or migrate to WildFly 8 (renamed project) that has JDK8 support.
