Is JBoss AS 7 with Java EE 7 a Supported/Working Configuration?

I'm new to JBoss, and it looks like JBoss AS 7 is based on Java EE 6. Is that right?

Are there any issues with running JBoss AS 7 on Java EE 7 platform?

If you need EE7, then you should use WildFly 8.x (8.2.0.Final is the latest released version). WildFly is just the rename of JBoss Application Server. You can get the downloads from here Downloads · WildFly
