Following issue happening only test environment and application working fine in Prod, Dev.

Test and Dev is copy of prod environment and Test environment business needs fix this because they can not create even new case or save operation existing case.

I compared all configuration its all same except environment specific change. All most past one week I worked on I could not figure out and business needs ASAP.

So Please me to fix issue.
