Hi,

basically EAP is supported version of JBoss AS or Wildfly with some certified and verified result in comparison to JBoss AS/Wildfly is upstream community edition which are baseline for the EAP releases.

There is no JBoss EAP 5.x download link. You need to have a EAP subscription to get a product download (Software & Download Center - Red Hat Customer Portal). Check Contact sales | Red Hat

If you don't have a subcription you need to go with community release at JBoss Application Server Downloads - JBoss Community
