Starting release process for 4.5.6.Final

The release process for 4.5.6.Final is about to begin. Further commits into develop branch will not be considered in release.

Hi,

4.5.6.Final has been tested and no critical nor blocker issues were found. Release is ready to be promoted from the staging repository.

taglib for richfaces 4.5.6 is not working please help .

ravinrahul, please ask in the user forum next time. It's probably an issue with IDE settings more than anything, RF 4 is not compatible with JSP so things like <%@ taglib %> are not going to work anyway.
