Ejb2 compatibility with jboss Eap 6.2

Hi,

our application has client and it connects to the ejb.We are using ejb-jar.xml on the server side to lookup ejbs. We are currently having issues with the ejb lookup in jboss6.2.

So are EJB2 compatible with jboss Eap 6.2 or do we need to migrate to EJB 3 ?

If yes, then what changes do we need to make EJB2 work with Jboss Eap 6.2?

EJB2 is still supported in JBoss EAP 6.x however, it is strongly suggested to move onto EJB3
