WebSphere MQ Resource Adapter nonASFTimeout

I searched forum for nonASFTimeout and didnt find anything so the thread.

* Does JBoss EAP (JBoss EAP 6.3.0.GA (AS 7.4.0.Final-redhat-19)) supports nonASFMode for WebSphere MQ Resource Adapter ( 7.5.0.5), that is can I can set a non-zero timeout for nonASFTimeout property in the activation spec config of MDB and messages will be read in nonASF mode ?

answering my own question,

following error code documented at IBM says NON-ASF is supported on Websphere App Server only

MQJCA2007
Non-ASF mode only supported in WebSphere Application Server.
The nonASFTimeout property was set to enable non-ASF mode, but it is not supported in the current environment.
nonASFTimeout must not be defined unless the resource adapter is running on WebSphere Application Server.
