I have a JBoss Fuse 6.1.1 Server with camel-mina2 bundle, version 2.12.0.redhat-611412

Unfortunately, this bundle comes with a known issue:

that is, when we have to update our TCP routes, we have to shutdown the entire server because the mina2 component does not unbind from listening port on address 0.0.0.0

in a production environment, this does not appear to be a good idea :-)

so, I need to upgrade mina2 to the latest version, but I don't know what's the best way to do that. Upgrading to Netty is not an option, because AFAIK it does not have a suitable HL7 codec.

Our server is controlled by fabric.

I googled a lot but found nothing, maybe I used the wrong keywords.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
