I'm attempting to perform a hot deployment of an application, replacing an earlier version. I've crafted a rollout plan that should perform the operation in series across my four servers which are in a single server group.

No matter whether I use the deploy command with the rollout plan or the :replace-deployment, I cannot seem to prevent an outage.
