Hello, I am new here and welcome everybody.
As I am a front developer I wonder how Wildfly gzips static content files, I know the settings to enable gzip, but how does the process work in general?
If I for instance request a something.js > is it gzipped everytime i request it? or is it maybe cached and when another user requests it (I hope it is ), he get's the previously gzipped file.
And my second question is, can i provide my own gzipped files, for instance something.js.gz and let the server provide the file, not having to make the gzipping himself?
Thank you in advance for your answers
