Did you try disabling the chunking on the client side as following:

Example:
<http-conf:conduit name="{http://apache.org/test_webservice_soap_http}SoapPort.http-conduit"> <http-conf:client AllowChunking="false" /> </http-conf:conduit>

Chunked encoding is controlled by the Apache CXF org.apache.cxf.transports.http.configuration.HTTPClientPolicy's allowChunking and chunkingThreshold attributes. The HTTPClientPolicy stuff belongs to the HTTPConduit which is not directly (1:1) linked to a client stub/proxy.
