Our offshore wanted to install the JBOSS on the local system in order to do the development activity for the client located at USA. However JBOSS licesnse term mentioned below statements which means, we cannot install for dev activities as well ?
Our client has the license for running the production version, but do they need to take dev license for offshore as well ?

EAP is not a licence, it is a subscription.
For me it is not clear to me what should be used where.
But if your client already has a subscription it is possible to open a case or contact sales to check the possibilities.
