Hello Experts,

I know that we can configure roles and their associated users in backend .xml files and provide revelant access.

My queries -

1. I need to configure a role and user only to initiate BPM process via UI- PROCESS FORM. In the sense, I need to provide prevailges to a specific user or role only to initiate BPM flow.

2. I have many human tasks in my BPM process. Is it possible to map 'Actors' with 'role' or I need to map all users only.

In other tools like Oracle BPM, we can have human task within a role swimlane and all users mapped to that role gets access to execute that human task.

Please suggest.
