How to upgrade Hornetq version from 2.3.25 to 2.4.0 in Jboss EAP 6.4

Hi,

I am new to JBoss. I have a requirement to dynamically update the redelivery delay of the failed message. I tried it with Hornetq 2.3.25 but did not get success. I found a parameter in Hornetq 2.4.0 where we can update it dynamically by setting <redelivery-delay-multiplier> parameter. But, I am not sure whether EAP 6.4 support Hornetq 2.4.0, if so then how to upgrade it.

Its not possible to upgrade horntetQ version 2.4.x in Jboss eap 6.4 as HornetQ 2.4.x is new jms 2 support and quite different from HornetQ 2.3.x is jms1 and JavaEe6 spec, also Hornetq is directly used in its Messaging subsystem as dependency so hard to upgrade such major version change.

I do compile hornetQ and jboss eap using github project GitHub - hasalex/eap-build: Build scripts for EAP 6 or 7 and modifying some patch to change hornetq version to use in jboss compilation.
