Are you talking about deploying apps to servers? Or some sort of business process execution language flowcharting/diagramming tool?
If the former, no idea. If the latter, maybe you mean the tools that have been removed from JBoss Tools (and from Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio) and renamed to Integration Stack: BPEL/BPMN, Drools/Guvnor, Fuse, Teiid Designer, etc.
The latest version of this Integration Stack 9.0.0.GA can be installed into Eclipse Mars.2 from the Eclipse Marketplace. You may also want to install Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio 9.1 as well.
If you're already running JBDS 9.1, you can install the Integration Stack tooling from within JBDS via Red Hat Central.
You can also get the Integration Stack tooling here (update site or zip), if you only want a subset of the available tools.
Optaplanner is what I was looking for. I don't see it listed separately on Red Hat now. It looks like it was integrated into BRMS.
BRMS tooling is part of the Integration Stack so my previous answer was a good guess.
