How Wildfly decides wars are belongs to different applications in cluster environment?

Let's say I have two application namely A and B. I deploy these two applications on a cluster environment. I wonder how Wildfly decides, which wars belongs to same application and which wars belongs to different applications ?

Can you rephrase the question as it's not clear? A war is a web application itself, so each war is an application.
