Memory full in all nodes

We have 2 domain controller and each domain controller has two host controller in cluster mode.Each domain has three nodes.all nodes has 4 GB memory allocated.

- How we identify one dc group memory is full so now we need to add one more host in dc?

Currently we don't collect cluster / domain memory statistics.
I've created [ISPN-7065] Collect clustered memory statistics - JBoss Issue Tracker to implement this. You will still need some kind of monitoring tool to alert you.
In the meantime you can collect this data via JMX or the CLI for all individual nodes using some kind of script or use Hawkular or RHQ to do this by creating a group and some rules that trigger on some aggregate value going over a specified threshold.
