Please refer to https://lalatendu.org/2016/06/09/using-the-docker-registry-in-openshift-using-adb/ post which we did for Atomic Developer Bundle (which is upstream to CDK). hope that would solve your issue,

But I found a way around my issue. I used the build config settings to override the FROM directive to force the build process to use the image from the image stream within the openshift infrastructure: - apiVersion: v1 kind: BuildConfig spec: strategy: type: Docker dockerStrategy: from: kind: "ImageStreamTag" name: "myapp-dev:latest" Thanks again for your help!
