I copied the service folder from docs/contrib/scripts to bin/ then ran "service install" and it says it installed ok.  When I try to start the service, I get the following error:

ERROR: Failed to load service Wildfly configuration

I tried removing the quotes where the description is set, according to the post below and re-installed the service, but it still doesn't start.

If I look in the windows event viewer, all it says is:

The Wildfly service terminated with the following service-specific error:

Incorrect function.
