JBoss Tools WTP Server Actions missing in Eclipse Oxygen

After upgrading to Eclipse Oxygen I can't find the WTP Server Actions anymore.

Here a "wanted picture" taken from Eclipse Neon:

Have they been removed from the JBoss Tools or am I missing a feature?

They were removed. [JBIDE-24528] Remove extremely old "server manager" toolbar icons - JBoss Issue Tracker

Please control your servers from within the Servers view.

Thank you for your response.
It's a pity that these buttons were removed, as they were quite handy for restarting the server without needing to switch to the Servers view all the time.
But at least I know now.
