This forum is for discussion of problems with Byteman. You are very unlikely to find the right person to help you with EAP problems here. You need to repost the details of your problem inthe Wildfly forum.
Also, you probably need to describe your app setup to provide some more context. What does the jar you mention contain? Is it a deployment or a library? or does it contain resources? Is it referenced from the classpath or from a JBoss Module? etc. That might make it easier for someone from the EAP forum to diagnose the problem.
