I wonder why not include a "standalone-webprofile.xml" sample configuration in WildFly full distribution, to avoid to have to download "Servlet-only distribution" get its standalone.xml from there.

I would find it convenient when deploying WildFly for either full JavaEE applications and WAR applications - I am used to create a single wildfly read-only installation and build an "instance" folder for each "standalone" JVM/application.
