galder.zamarreno Nov 27, 2018 11:07 AM (in response to talgold)Hmmm, don't think in that Infinispan version. In recent versions we've added graceful shutdown when using file based persistence, which means when nodes are brought down it waits for data to finish storing in persistent store.

When using file based persistence does infinspan read/write the data from the file only on startup/shutdown or on every read/write operation.
I need to know if file based persistence effect performance. -

galder.zamarreno Dec 10, 2018 9:14 AM (in response to talgold)Depends on the configuration, if write-through or write-behind. write-through means every cache write is persisted in same thread, write-behind means the write is pushed to a different thread.
