I am a newbie of EJB and JBoss. I am now following the online-manual of JBoss. When I try to follow the process of deploying the example of 'Interest', I meet some difficulties. I have downloaded the source code of the examples. Where should I place those files in? I just put it in a directory of JBoss. When I run the command 'ant intro-interest-jar', the following error appears:

c:\java\jboss\jboss\code\examples\build\build.xml:16: lava.lang.NullPointerException
