I've a little question about JNDI. Indeed, I've created an application running under JBoss 2.4.4 and everything works fine. The next step was to test that application in a real situation.
The purpose was to test the application as I was a client trying to access our server from everywhere in the world.
But when the client tries (running as an external client) to lookup a EJB component, I get a connection time out.
My question is: which protocol JBoss is using to lookup components ? TCP or UDP ? I tried to find information on that but I was not able to known whether it's TCP or UDP because I suspect that it's because our firewall is blocking UDP packets...
