creating a new seam project with an existing db schema

I'm giving a try to the RHDS trying to reengeneer some existing applications we developped at work starting from their db schemas (these are old struts + spring + hibernate application).
I don't manage to get a CRUD from a schema. Can someone point me an how to page or explain me how to set such a project.
The auto-crud functionnality from seam-gen is something really impressive to show my collegues and (hopefully :) ) get RHDS and seam used at my work.
