Why there is a "list-entity"?

I searched “list-entity” and “listEntityInterceptorClasses“ in all source files when I configured “list-entity”, “home”, and “bean” in standardjboss.xml for client-interceptor. But unlike beanInterceptorClasses and homeInterceptorClasses, I found there is no use for listEntityInterceptorClasses after we initialized it. So what is the function of list-entity?
